This is a brilliant school, it starts right at the top, with a head teacher who cares about every student and that filters down to every teacher or TA. I think it's one of the best schools in London and the surrounding areas.

Excellent nursery school

Home From Home Children's Day Care really is a "home from home"!! My son went there and he loved it so much! Now that he is at school he still talks about "his nursery" and asks to go back there! The care he received was second to none, I could have no complaints and felt included in decisions about my son's health and wellbeing at all times as well as the frequent family and community events they organised. I really can't recommend this nursery highly enough! If I had another child I would not hesitate to send them there as well. Emma, Anita, Kelly, Shona and the rest of the gang are so lovely and friendly and will be sure to give you a warm welcome. You will not be disappointed!

A true home from home with amazing staff, many of whom have worked there for over 10 years. Because it’s non- profit, they are wholly focused on providing quality care, not making money. The only childcare provider in the area to cover before and after school, wraparound and school holidays - a highly valuable resource for Stanley School parents. There is a preschool too, which my son loved from day one (unlike his previous nursery!) The outdoor space with trampolines, slides, etc is a huge bonus as well. Highly recommend!

My son started at Buttons in June 2015 and we love it so far: the staff is wonderful, genuinely loving and available, they know each child's specificities and always find new recommendations for families. We've noticed a lot of changes since the change of ownership in September, with a lot of new resources, more qualified staff and more activities and games for children. Vicky the manager is brilliant at responding to parents' requests and very helpful with both pedagogy and admin matters. I cannot recommend Buttons Hampton highly enough!
Thank you so much for taking care of our son. He had a wonderful time there and he will miss the nursery dearly.

I note the 1 star reviews here have no comments or just "Bad teachers" as if somebody got a bad grade recently, this does not make these very trustworthy in my opinion. Anyway I have one son there and another starting in September. My eldest loves it to the point of asking to go there on weekend. He is a normal kid and keeps surprising me with the new skills he brings home from school be it music, reading, art, baking, etc. The school feels very inclusive, it feels kind to the kids and parents, something you do not see often nowadays. We've seen lots of other schools, but have not find anything even close to this one. They actually seem to care about kids' mental health and well-being, not just ratings or results.
Wonderful gardens and a super fun day

Best school in the area! The students are so nice and polite, much more than any school in the area, and my niece really likes the school
Absolutely brilliant school. Like one big family

Educare small school is a hidden gem in Kingston. It is a family of amazing teachers, children and parents. Teachers nurture every child's learning journey; older and younger children play together and look after each other; parents are best friends. My daughter (4 years old) summarises it well "I love school mummy" The kindergarten provides the perfect introduction to school with the right mix of play, learning, outdoor activities, arts and sports. Working parents can also get the 30h/15h free childcare in full. I do not know any other places that do that. It is the best decision we made!
My daughter has attended the Kindergarten preschool since she was 3 years old, originally starting 2 mornings a week and now almost full time. She has flourished here, the staff are amazing, the trips and activities organised (playball, forest school, music, trips to Kew Gardens, Bocketts Farm, theatre shows) are beyond my expectations, and the flexibility to add hours or days is brilliant. Plus the offer of the 15 and 30 childcare hours funding has been a real bonus.

Twickenham Preparatory School in Hampton is a small private School with a strong family feeling. You can really feel that children are safe here, members of a very special and precious family. Sport and educational opportunities are unmatched and pupils really love every second of being here. They will treasure those memories forever and have an extraordinary foundation for their future development.

Some of the "reviews" on this school seem to be written by people who have no experience of it, or are written by people who have an axe to grind for various reasons. My experience is our son has been attending the school in year 7 and has so far completed two terms. Previously he was at Hampton Prep for his primary school years. My wife and I picked the school after attending a couple of open days and speaking with the teachers, who we found to be highly motivated and enthusiastic. Now we have two terms experience I think we can start to form some conclusions. The first is that our initial impression about the quality of the teachers has proved correct. Our son really enjoys school and has found new motivation to work hard to try and achieve his potential. We have also found the teachers to be accessible, constructive and helpful. One point to note is that a new headmaster has recently taken over at the school. He has a good level of experience having been a headmaster previously for a number of years. I hope (and expect) that the foundations laid by his predecessor will be continued, in particular with the method of recruiting talented teaching professionals. My suggestion would be if you are considering sending your child to Radnor House is to go along to an open day, ask challenging questions, and judge for yourself. The school is definitely worth including in your short list, and my wife and I are very pleased we chose it for our eldest son.
Nice school in nice location

I have worked at Clarendon school for 7 years and continue to be amazed at the hard work and dedication the teachers and assistants put in to make sure pupils are achieving and reaching their fullest potential. It is so inspiring to see the warm and positive relationships between staff and pupils. They really do go above and beyond all expectations!

The massage course was a birthday present for my husband and the idea was that we would have a better idea of how to massage each other. We have young children and can’t always go out for a date night. We spent a lovely morning with Claire and both learnt a massage routine and some basic techniques. Claire is warm and friendly. We had plenty of time to practise the routine and Claire was really specific and cared that we both understood what we were doing. Claire runs other courses so I’m sure we will be back for her Indian head massage course next :)
We opted for the Holistic Massage one-to-one training in our own home. Claire was professional yet friendly, and very thorough in her approach. We finished feeling we had had some very comprehensive basic training, and feel confident to begin to develop our own practice. We are very happy to recommend Claire and London Therapists to anyone wanting to learn the basics of holistic massage.
